1. Commercial team hires
Drobysh previously served as vice president of commercial lending at Ulster Savings Bank, with experience in SBA lending and relationship management. Cooper most recently was a senior vice president and loan officer at Israel Discount Bank, focusing on commercial real estate transactions and portfolio management. Kincade joins from roles at major financial institutions and has experience in credit risk management and originating commercial lending solutions in the New York metro area.
