Orangekloud Technology’s net loss narrowed 16% year over year to S$3.01 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026. Revenue fell to S$2.48 million as declines in software-related offerings outweighed higher contributions from professional services and support. General and administrative expenses dropped 24% to S$2.83 million, while cash and cash equivalents fell 72% from December 31, 2025, to S$847,703.

The proposed acquisition of up to 100% of Orbis through a share exchange remains subject to closing conditions.
