Organigram agrees to acquire Aurora Cannabis for CAD 7.80 per share
OGI•Organigram will acquire Aurora Cannabis for CAD 7.80 per share, valuing the deal at approximately CAD 561 million on a fully diluted basis. The offer represents a 93% premium to the August 10, 2026 closing price and targets more than CAD 50 million in synergies.

Organigram will acquire Aurora Cannabis for CAD 7.80 per share, valuing the transaction at approximately CAD 561 million on a fully diluted basis. The price is 21% above Curaleaf's competing bid.
2. Payment and timing
Shareholders can elect cash, Organigram shares or a combination, subject to proration. The combination targets more than CAD 50 million in synergies across its Canadian and international operations. Completion is expected in January 2027, subject to shareholder, regulatory and court approvals.
