It expects savings to reach $5 million-$6 million in fiscal 2027, with the full benefit in fiscal 2028, and one-time integration costs of $2 million in fiscal 2027. The company plans to discontinue three brands, trim its SKU assortment and concentrate investment behind SHRED, BOXHOT and BIG BAG O' BUDS.
