The company said the revenue decline was primarily driven by a 73% drop in advanced wound care product sales. Operating expenses fell 42% year over year. Organogenesis expects sequential revenue improvement in Q4, but at a slower pace than previously guided, and lowered its second-half revenue outlook to a 68%-74% year-over-year decline. It sees 2026 net revenue of $179.4 million to $200 million.
