Oriental Culture Holding entered a share transfer agreement on July 27, 2026 to sell its wholly owned China International Assets Equity of Artworks Exchange.
Buyer Spring Harvest Holdings will acquire 100% of the unit for cash consideration of HK$ 1,000,000.
The divestment supports a shift away from collectibles and artwork e-commerce toward service offerings for third-party trading platforms.
