Origin Agritech pursues organic growth, evaluates M&A in China and Southeast Asia

Origin Agritech is pursuing organic growth and evaluating M&A opportunities in China and Southeast Asia. It targets at least 50% year-over-year organic business growth in fiscal 2028 and 2029, and expects seed-business operating cash flow to more than double year over year in fiscal 2027.
