Origin Agritech receives Nasdaq notice over minimum bid price noncompliance
SEED•Origin Agritech received a Nasdaq deficiency notice after its ordinary shares closed below $1 for 30 consecutive business days. It has until April 26, 2027, to regain compliance by closing at $1 or higher for at least 10 consecutive business days.
1. Compliance deadline
The 180-calendar-day compliance period ends April 26, 2027. Nasdaq may require a longer streak, generally no more than 20 consecutive business days. A second 180-day period depends on Origin Agritech meeting other listing standards, and a reverse stock split is among the potential remedies. The notice has no immediate impact on the listing, but the shares could face delisting if compliance is not restored or an extension is unavailable.
