Orion Group extends CEO, general counsel employment agreements through Dec. 31, 2026

Orion Group Holdings extended employment agreements for CEO Travis J. Boone and general counsel E. Chipman Earle.
The initial terms now run through Dec. 31, 2026, versus a prior expiration of Sept. 19, 2026.
The contracts now shift to automatic annual extensions starting Jan. 1, 2027.
No other terms in either executive employment agreement changed.
