Orla Mining held a special shareholder meeting on July 22, 2026 focused on its proposed business combination with Equinox Gold.
Shareholders adopted a special resolution approving the plan of arrangement under which Equinox Gold would acquire all Orla common shares.
The transaction has not yet been completed; Orla plans to seek a final court order on July 28, 2026.
Closing remains subject to remaining customary conditions; completion is targeted for about July 31, 2026.
