Orthofix eliminated the President, Global Spine Solutions position and now has key Spine leaders reporting directly to CEO Massimo Calafiore. Shaeffer Bannigan was named Leader, Spinal Solutions overseeing strategy, commercial operations and portfolio innovation; Mark Sienkiewicz continues as VP U.S. Sales focusing on distributor expansion; John Winge will drive commercial strategy for the 7D FLASH™ Navigation System; and Patrick Fisher added Biologics leadership to his Limb Reconstruction role.

2. Preliminary Q1 2026 Net Sales

The company posted preliminary, unaudited Q1 net sales of $196.7 million, including M6 disc sales. On a non-GAAP pro forma constant currency basis (excluding M6 discontinuation impacts), net sales rose 3.0% year-over-year, while reported growth was 0.4%.

3. FY2026 Financial Guidance

Orthofix reaffirmed full-year 2026 net sales guidance of $850 million to $860 million, implying approximately 5.5% pro forma constant currency growth at the midpoint. Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA is projected at $95 million to $98 million, representing a 70 basis-point margin expansion, with positive free cash flow expected excluding potential legal settlements.

4. Execution and Innovation Focus

CEO Massimo Calafiore emphasized that the streamlined structure will enable faster decision-making, sharper leadership accountability and scaling of high-value opportunities. The company highlighted progress on distributor transitions and gearing up for new product launches later in 2026 to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
