OS Therapies agrees to repay Leonite debt in USD 1.9 million cash settlement

OS Therapies reached a settlement to repay and terminate its Leonite senior secured convertible promissory note.
The settlement calls for a USD 1.9 million cash payment and the issuance of 500,000 common shares by Aug. 7, 2026.
Upon closing, the Leonite Note will be cancelled, conversion rights will end, and security interests will be released.
Warrant and commitment shares to be cancelled
Leonite's warrant for 1,750,000 shares will be cancelled unexercised, and 275,000 commitment shares will be surrendered for cancellation.
