OS Therapies launches USD 75 million at-the-market equity offering via Jefferies
OSTX•OS Therapies enters at-the-market equity distribution agreement
OS Therapies entered an at-the-market equity distribution agreement with Jefferies to sell up to USD 75 million of common stock.
Sales may occur from time to time, subject to company-set parameters such as selling period, daily share limits, and minimum price.
Jefferies will receive a 3% commission on gross proceeds; the company also agreed to reimburse up to USD 100,000 of counsel fees.
The program ends when the full amount is sold or the agreement is terminated; either party can terminate with 10 days’ notice.
