- OS Therapies posted a GAAP net loss of $19.03 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, widening from $8.41 million.
- Operating loss widened to $18.74 million from $9.84 million, with no revenue reported in either period.
- R&D spending more than doubled to $13.43 million from $3.81 million, due to higher Phase IIb trial vendor costs, partly offset by a $1.96 million VAT receivable.
- G&A expense fell 11.8% to $5.32 million from $6.03 million; cash was $200,000 at June 30, 2026.
- Recent financing included $4.8 million net proceeds from an April registered direct offering; OS Therapies raised about $4.7 million net in an Aug. 10 private placement.
