1. Quarterly results
Oshkosh reported fiscal third-quarter sales of $2.84 billion, up 5.7% but below the $2.94 billion analyst estimate. Adjusted EPS was $2.41, compared with the $3.11 estimate; net income was $138.40 million and operating income was $197.10 million.
2. Outlook lowered
The company lowered its 2026 net sales outlook to about $11.0 billion from $11.2 billion and its adjusted EPS forecast to $8.50-$9.50 from $10.00-$12.00. The revised outlook reflects lower fire truck and NGDV production, partly offset by higher Access sales. Lower fire apparatus production and modernization efforts weighed on Vocational results, while higher North American Access volume and improved pricing supported growth.
