Osisko Gold hits 7.28 g/t gold over 16.15 m in Cariboo project infill drilling
ODV•Osisko Gold reported underground infill drilling results from the Lowhee Zone at its Cariboo Gold Project in British Columbia, including 7.28 g/t gold over 16.15 m and 7.13 g/t over 11.60 m. The 3,933-meter program covered 36 holes.
1. Lowhee Zone results
The 36-hole underground infill program covered 3,933 meters from the 1,290-meter level, targeting 10–15-meter spacing to support definition drilling. The top intercept was 7.28 g/t gold over 16.15 meters at about 105 meters vertical depth, including 173.66 g/t over 0.60 meters. Another intercept returned 7.13 g/t over 11.60 meters at about 61 meters vertical depth, including 62.06 g/t over 0.50 meters.
2. Mine development contract
Osisko Gold said JDS Energy & Mining was awarded the contract for ongoing underground work at Cariboo, effective Oct. 5, 2026.
