Osisko Gold priced an upsized offering of USD 600 million 9.250% senior secured notes due 2031.
- Deal size increased from the previously announced USD 500 million.
- Closing expected Sept. 30, 2026.
Proceeds to refinance Appian facility and fund Cariboo project
Proceeds are earmarked to refinance the Appian Credit Facility, including repayment of about USD 120.9 million outstanding.
Remaining funds will be allocated to an interest reserve account, then to a project disbursement account for the Cariboo Gold Project.
