Otter Tail directors Thomas Webb, Kathryn Johnson to retire at 2027 annual meeting

Otter Tail directors Thomas J. Webb and Kathryn O. Johnson will retire from the board at the 2027 annual meeting.

Webb notified the company on Aug. 28, 2026, that he will not stand for reelection under the board retirement policy.

Johnson notified the company on Aug. 31, 2026, that she will not stand for reelection after reaching retirement age.

Both departures were described as unrelated to any disagreement over operations, policies, or procedures.
