Outdoor Holding Company announces annual shareholder meeting

Outdoor Holding Company will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 28, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on electing five directors.

Items include ratifying Grant Thornton as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.

A key proposal seeks approval to redomesticate the company from Delaware to Texas by conversion.

The meeting may also vote on an adjournment to seek additional proxies if needed to pass the redomestication.
