Outdoor Holding Company announces annual shareholder meeting

Outdoor Holding Company will hold its annual stockholder meeting virtually on Sept. 28, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on electing five directors to serve until the 2027 annual meeting. The ballot also includes ratification of Grant Thornton as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.

In addition, shareholders will vote on redomesticating the company from Delaware to Texas by conversion. An adjournment proposal would allow more time to solicit votes if support for the redomestication falls short.
