Operating expenses fell to $17.5 million, cutting operating loss to $4.9 million, while adjusted EBITDA reached a record $2.0 million on a 50.6% annual gross margin.
2. Subscription and Product Innovation
Owlet introduced the Dream Sight camera in September 2025 with onboard AI and plans to roll out camera-specific subscription features combining biometric sock data and computer vision. Its Owlet360 service, launched January 2025, surpassed 110,000 paying subscribers by early March and recently expanded internationally to add new high-margin revenue streams.

International revenues totaled $3.9 million in Q4 and $19.2 million for full-year 2025, up 27% year-over-year. The Owlet OnCall Telehealth platform will pilot in H1 2026, enabling parents to share Dream Sock vitals during virtual pediatric visits.
