Redemption of notes due 2028

Oxford Square Capital elected to redeem USD 15 million of its 5.50% Notes due 2028 on Oct. 14, 2026.

The redemption price is set at USD 25 per Note, with accrued and unpaid interest from July 31, 2026 to Oct. 13, 2026.

The partial redemption covers USD 15 million of USD 80.5 million in Notes issued and outstanding.
