Separately, PACS said it closed on 11 Eduro Healthcare facilities, lifting completed closings to 31 of 34 facilities with 3,633 nursing beds.
The Eduro closings increased PACS-affiliated buildings to 355, adding presence in New Mexico, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
Florida skilled nursing deal targets fourth-quarter closing
PACS Group said it struck deals to buy operations of 32 skilled nursing facilities in Florida, leased from Omega Healthcare Investors subsidiaries.
The Florida portfolio totals 4,049 licensed skilled nursing beds, creating a statewide network and expanding PACS’ footprint in the South. Closing is targeted for the fourth quarter, subject to customary closing conditions.
