Palisade Bio says Phase 1b study shows early gains for PALI-2108 in Crohn’s disease
PALI•Palisade Bio said Phase 1b results for PALI-2108 are set to show early endoscopic improvement, biomarker shifts consistent with PDE4 target engagement, favorable safety and gut-targeted exposure. The results are scheduled for presentation at UEG Week 2026, including an oral talk on Oct. 18.

Palisade Bio flagged new Phase 1b clinical and translational readouts for PALI-2108 ahead of UEG Week 2026 in Barcelona. The company said the results will be presented in the future, including an oral talk on fibrostenotic Crohn’s disease on Oct. 18, 2026.
2. Other study updates
Separate presentations are expected to indicate a rapid clinical response in ulcerative colitis and progress on a biomarker to predict responders. PALI-2108 is moving into Phase 2 development in ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease as a once-daily oral therapy candidate.
