Palisade Bio’s CEO JD Finley and CMO Dr. Mitchell Jones will participate in one-on-one meetings with investors at the Leerink Partners Therapeutics Forum in Boston on July 14–15 to discuss the company’s inflammatory bowel disease pipeline and strategic development milestones.
The lead program, PALI-2108, is a once-daily oral PDE4 inhibitor prodrug engineered for ileum and colon bioactivation. Phase 1 studies demonstrated favorable safety, targeted colon exposure and sustained target-engagement, supporting advancement into Phase 2.
With $132.6 million in cash on hand, Palisade Bio expects to fund operations and key Phase 2 efficacy readouts in ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease through 2027–2028, mitigating near-term dilution risk for shareholders.
