Pampa Energía ends variable pay accrual for certain executives starting the year after they turn 67
PAM•Pampa Energía’s board approved changes to certain senior executives’ compensation agreements, ending variable pay accrual from the fiscal year after they turn 67 while continuing fixed compensation for four years.
1. Compensation changes
The board approved the changes on November 2, 2026. Fixed compensation will continue for four years, while technical and administrative duties are gradually reduced during the transition. Variable compensation may be reassigned to other executives. The changes also clarify exceptional early-payment provisions and accrued, unpaid entitlements upon death or total permanent disability.
