Pampa Energia Q2 FY26 net income more than doubled to US$ 172 million; revenue rises 53% to US$ 746 million

Pampa Energia posted Q2 2026 net sales of US$ 746 million, up 53% year-on-year; net income attributable to shareholders rose to US$ 172 million.
Adjusted EBITDA climbed to US$ 415 million, up 75% year-on-year, as the Wholesale Electricity Market deregulation framework supported higher spot prices.
Production and leverage
Oil and gas output increased to 107 kboe/day, up 28% year-on-year, with crude oil production more than doubled to 23 kbpd.
Net debt widened to US$ 1.3 billion as of June 2026, reflecting higher capital expenditures at Rincón de Aranda and higher oil-hedging collateral.
