Pampa Energía posted Q4 2025 sales of US$507 million, up 16% year-on-year, driven by 355% higher crude production at Rincón de Aranda and improved WEM electricity prices. Adjusted EBITDA rose 26% to US$230 million and net income jumped 52% to US$161 million, while net debt fell to US$801 million.

1. Operational Performance

Pampa Energía recorded 81.2 kboe/day oil and gas production in Q4 2025, up 32% year-on-year, including a 355% jump in crude oil output at Rincón de Aranda. Gas production rose 10% to 63.2 kboepd, while power generation climbed 3% to 4,947 GWh under the new WEM framework.

2. Earnings and Profitability

Sales reached US$507 million, a 16% increase driven by higher oil and gas volumes, stronger spot electricity prices, and increased gas exports. Adjusted EBITDA rose 26% to US$230 million, and net income attributable to shareholders jumped 52% to US$161 million, bolstered by improved operating margins and a deferred tax credit.

3. Balance Sheet and Leverage

Net debt fell to US$801 million from US$874 million in the prior quarter, reflecting robust free cash flow generation and lower collateral requirements. Total assets grew to US$6.59 billion, supported by US$3.3 billion in property, plant and equipment, while equity rose to US$3.6 billion.
