Pantages Capital Acquisition warns Nasdaq MVLS falls below $50 million minimum for continued listing
PGAC•Nasdaq notice for minimum market value deficiency
Pantages Capital Acquisition received a Nasdaq notice citing noncompliance with the $50 million minimum market value of listed securities rule.
The deficiency followed 30 consecutive business days below the threshold for continued listing on the Nasdaq Global Market.
Nasdaq set a 180-day compliance window through Feb. 17, 2027 to restore MVLS to at least $50 million for 10 straight sessions.
Failure to regain compliance could trigger a delisting determination, with an option to appeal to a Nasdaq hearings panel.
