Papa John’s will deploy PAR Technology’s PAR POS™ and PAR OPS™ systems across 3,200 U.S. restaurants, replacing legacy on-premise platforms with an AI-native, unified technology stack. 1. Papa Johns Selects PAR Technology to Modernize In-Restaurant Systems

Papa Johns has entered into a multi-year strategic partnership with PAR Technology to deploy PAR POS™ and PAR OPS™ across its entire U.S. estate of 3,200 restaurants. The initiative will replace legacy on-premise systems with a unified, cloud-enabled platform engineered for scale, reliability and AI-driven automation. Key capabilities include real-time labor and inventory management, centralized menu and promotion control, and end-to-end make-line operations—all accessible through a single interface. By integrating PAR’s open API architecture with its standard store configuration, Papa Johns anticipates reducing deployment costs by up to 25% per location while gaining above-restaurant analytics to drive consistent guest experiences. A phased rollout is scheduled to begin this quarter, with full system adoption across corporate and franchise sites by year-end 2027.
