Parabilis Medicines extends headquarters lease through 2037
PBLS•Parabilis Medicines signed an amendment adding 33,525 square feet at its Cambridge, Massachusetts, headquarters starting January 1, 2028, and extending the lease through December 31, 2037. The agreement includes options for two additional five-year terms, subject to conditions.
1. Lease expansion and extension
Parabilis Medicines signed the lease amendment with LS 400/500 CDP on October 30, 2026. The expansion space is at 20 Acorn Park Drive, with rent beginning January 1, 2029. Eight months of base rent will be waived before the extension begins, subject to conditions, with the landlord selecting the months.
