Paramount Skydance extends cash tender, debt exchange offers for Warner Bros. Discovery notes to Sept. 18

Paramount Skydance extended its cash tender offers and exchange offers for Warner Bros. Discovery-related senior notes to 5 p.m. New York time on Sept. 18.

Settlement is expected promptly after expiry and is currently targeted for Q3 2026, with timing likely pushed to align with the Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition close.

As of Sept. 4, holders had tendered about 66.28% of eligible tender-offer notes and 75.31% of eligible exchange-offer notes.
