Paramount Skydance extended cash tender offers and exchange offers for certain Discovery Global Holdings and Discovery Communications senior notes.
The new expiration is set for Oct. 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. New York time.
Settlement is expected promptly after expiration and is currently anticipated in Q3 2026, with timing to align with the proposed Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition close.
As of Sept. 18, 2026, 66.87% of tender-offer notes and 75.12% of exchange-offer notes had been validly tendered.
