Paramount Skydance extends debt tender, exchange offer deadlines to Aug. 21

Paramount Skydance extended cash tender offers for certain Discovery Global Holdings and Discovery Communications senior notes.

The expiration has been moved to 5:00 p.m. New York time on Aug. 21, 2026, with settlement expected in Q3 2026.

Exchange offers for additional WBD issuer senior notes were also extended to the same deadline; the new notes would be issued by Paramount.

As of Aug. 6, 2026, 65.43% of tender-offer notes and 76.04% of exchange-offer notes had been validly tendered.

The timing is being aligned with the proposed Paramount acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery.
