Tender and exchange offer deadline extended

Paramount Skydance extended cash Tender Offers and Exchange Offers for Discovery Global Holdings and Discovery Communications senior notes to 5 p.m. Sept. 11, 2026.

Settlement remains expected in Q3 2026; timing is likely pushed to align with the planned Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition close.

As of Aug. 28, 2026, 66.28% of tender-offer notes and 75.48% of exchange-offer notes had been validly tendered.
