Paramount Skydance extended its cash tender and exchange offers tied to Warner Bros. Discovery debt until 5 p.m. New York time on Oct. 6, 2026. Settlement is now expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, though its timing may shift to align with the closing of Paramount Skydance’s proposed WBD acquisition. As of Sept. 25, 67.33% of eligible tender notes and 74.88% of eligible exchange notes had been validly tendered. The exchange terms were modified to align New PSKY Notes with a planned senior secured second lien notes offering.
