Tender and exchange offers extended

Paramount Skydance extended cash tender offers and exchange offers for select Discovery Global Holdings and Discovery Communications senior notes to Sept. 4, 2026.

Settlement is now expected in Q3 2026, timed to occur on or shortly following the proposed Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition close.

As of Aug. 21, 64.26% of tender-offer notes and 73.82% of exchange-offer notes had been validly tendered.
