Paramount Skydance extends WBD notes exchange, cash tender offer deadline to Aug. 14

Tender and exchange offer deadlines extended

Paramount Skydance extended the expiration dates for its cash Tender Offers and Exchange Offers covering certain Discovery Global Holdings and Discovery Communications senior notes.

The new expiration is set for 5 p.m. New York time on Aug. 14, 2026, and settlement is expected in Q3 2026.

As of July 30, 66.05% of Tender Offer notes and 76.26% of Exchange Offer notes had been validly tendered.

The company expects further extensions to align settlement with the closing of its proposed acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery.
