Paramount Skydance names CEO leadership team led by David Ellison, Ynon Kreiz after WBD deal close
PSKY•Paramount Skydance named David Ellison chairman and CEO, Ynon Kreiz co-CEO and Andy Gordon president for the combined group tied to its planned Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition.
1. Leadership appointments
Ellison, who previously led Paramount and founded Skydance Media in 2010, will chair the board. Kreiz, most recently CEO of Mattel, and Gordon, Paramount’s chief strategy officer and COO, will also join the board.
