Paramount Skydance to move stock listing to NYSE from Nasdaq
PSKY•Paramount Skydance said it will move its Class B common stock listing from Nasdaq to the New York Stock Exchange. Nasdaq trading is expected to end around October 5, with NYSE trading expected to begin October 6.

Paramount Skydance said it would move its Class B common stock listing from Nasdaq to the New York Stock Exchange. Trading on Nasdaq is expected to end at market close on or around October 5, and trading on the NYSE is expected to begin at market open on October 6.
2. Warner Bros deal
Paramount is expected to close its $110 billion Warner Bros deal soon, after settling a legal battle with a California-led group of U.S. states and a Hollywood writers union earlier this week. October 5 is also the record date for a planned distribution of warrants to eligible holders of Paramount's Class B common stock in connection with the deal.
