Parker Hannifin raised its fiscal 2027 adjusted EPS guidance to $36.45-$37.25 from $34.25-$35.25. Reported sales growth is now forecast at 16%-19%, including $1.85 billion in Filtration Group sales, while organic sales growth guidance rose to 7.5%-10.5% from 5.5%-8.5%.
2. Cash flow and demand
The company projected free cash flow of $3.5 billion-$4 billion, up from $3.4 billion-$3.9 billion. The improved outlook follows first-quarter organic sales growth of 11.5%; the Filtration Group acquisition contributes $0.50 to the adjusted EPS guidance increase.
