Parsons has secured a ten-year agreement with the Utah Department of Transportation to design, implement and maintain a statewide Vehicle-to-Everything maintenance and management system. This new contract marks Parsons’ entry into managing Utah’s growing connected vehicle ecosystem and expands its footprint in intelligent transportation solutions.

Under the agreement, Parsons will deploy its iNET® software as a cloud-based platform that delivers real-time system health monitoring, performance analytics and comprehensive operational insights. The system is designed to scale alongside Utah’s expanding network of connected vehicle devices, enabling proactive maintenance and efficient infrastructure management.

This award represents Parsons’ first statewide V2X partnership with UDOT and strengthens its position in the growing smart mobility market. By adding Utah DOT to its customer portfolio, Parsons reinforces its leadership in V2X ecosystem management and lays groundwork for future infrastructure modernization contracts.
