NYSDOT awards Parsons statewide software deployment contract

Parsons won a $33 million New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) contract for a statewide Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) software system deployment.

Work includes an enterprise rollout of the iNET intelligent transportation platform, covering design, development, integration, testing, operations and maintenance.

The project targets a unified, integrated advanced traffic management system across 11 NYSDOT districts to centralize real-time statewide operations.

The scope also includes replacing CPU cards for more than 6,000 traffic signal controllers statewide.
