Parsons Wins $73 Million AFRL GARDEM Contract, Total Awards Reach $218 Million
PSN•Parsons secured an additional $73 million AFRL GARDEM award, its fourth of 2026, raising total GARDEM contracts to $218 million. The new deal expands R&D and O&M roles across the GARDEM 2 enterprise and initiates migration to Parsons’ Lightweight Application Management Platform to accelerate deployment and lower lifecycle costs.
1. Fourth GARDEM Award Secured in 2026
Parsons has been awarded its fourth AFRL GARDEM contract this year, adding $73 million to its portfolio and bringing the total GARDEM awards to $218 million. This consistent contract flow underscores the company’s role in delivering mission-critical digital and data-centric capabilities for the U.S. Air Force.
2. Expanded R&D and O&M Scope
Under the latest award, Parsons will enhance research, development, operations and maintenance across the GARDEM 2 enterprise platform and mission application software baselines. The scope includes platform support for field sites and existing installations, ensuring continuous functionality and updates.
3. Migration to LAMP Platform
Parsons will lead the migration of GARDEM capabilities to its Lightweight Application Management Platform (LAMP), a scalable environment designed for rapid global deployment. This transition aims to accelerate capability delivery and reduce total lifecycle costs for the government.
4. Strategic Integration and Cost Efficiency
The technical approach emphasizes reuse of C2Core components and deep integration across all GARDEM 2 awards, enabling rapid updates and lower ownership costs. By combining modular data layers, proven mission engineering and modern software practices, Parsons enhances operational impact and resilience across complex environments.
