Patrick Industries reaffirmed its merger agreement with LCI Industries on Oct. 28, 2026, following an unsolicited, nonbinding proposal from Monomoy Capital Partners to acquire LCI. LCI's board will evaluate the offer and has not changed its recommendation supporting the merger, which would create a component solutions provider serving outdoor enthusiast, housing and transportation markets.
