PAYO•Q2 2026 results date and acquisition timing
- Payoneer will report Q2 2026 results on Aug. 6, 2026, before the market opens.
- Nuvei’s cash acquisition of Payoneer at USD 7.4 a share, valuing equity at about USD 2.75 billion, is targeted to close in mid-2027.
- No conference call or webcast will be held for the Aug. 6 results release.
