Paysafe Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $58.9 million; revenue rises 4% to $447.4 million

Paysafe posted Q2 2026 revenue of $447.4 million, up 4% from Q2 2025, while GAAP net loss widened to $58.9 million.
GAAP diluted loss per share worsened to $1.13, reflecting higher restructuring and other costs of $24.5 million.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA slipped 2% to $102.8 million; non-GAAP adjusted net income fell to $23.1 million.
Debt refinancing and outlook
Paysafe refinanced term loans into a $650.9 million facility and a €478.4 million facility, both maturing June 2030.
It also replaced the revolver with a senior secured $372.5 million revolving credit facility maturing August 2031.
Paysafe raised full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $1.90-$2.03.
