IPDN•Professional Diversity Network’s wholly owned unit PDN Intelligence signed a master collaboration agreement with Goodwill Labs and HashForest Technology to pursue AI and GPU computing infrastructure.
1. Collaboration framework
PDN Intelligence signed a master collaboration agreement with Goodwill Labs and HashForest Technology to pursue AI and GPU computing infrastructure. Goodwill Labs will lead data center access, customer relationships, GPU compute business development and day-to-day operations; HashForest Technology will provide GPU system deployment, operations support and tooling.
2. Project-by-project terms
The framework is non-exclusive and project-by-project, with economics, budgets and timelines to be set in separate agreements.
