PDS Biotech added Patrick Soon-Shiong to its board, effective at the initial closing of its PIPE financing.
Soon-Shiong founded NantWorks, serves as executive chairman of ImmunityBio, chairs NantHealth, and leads the Chan Soon-Shiong Institute of Molecular Medicine.
James Banaag also joined the board; he is chief financial officer of NantBio.
