Peapack Private names Paul Kotronis to lead commercial real estate lending

Kotronis previously served as group director and senior vice president at Signature Bank, where he oversaw a $5 billion commercial real estate portfolio.
Peapack said he originated more than $4 billion in multifamily and commercial real estate loans at Signature Bank. He also held senior CRE roles at A&E Real Estate Finance, Santander Bank, and New York Commercial Bank.
New hire to expand CRE lending in New York and New Jersey
Peapack-Gladstone Financial said it named Paul Kotronis senior managing director for commercial real estate at Peapack Private.
The bank said Kotronis will help expand its commercial real estate lending platform in New York and New Jersey, with responsibilities that include supporting loan growth, driving relationship-based deposit growth, and strengthening the firm’s regional CRE presence.
